Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends shaping 2026-2030
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster creative problem-solving and future-proofing initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation impact and track progress against strategic milestones
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies highly desirable
