- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and risk management
- Curate an external ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, technology adoption curves, and systemic disruption modeling
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ successful case studies)
- Mastery of foresight tools: Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
