Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on market disruption and user adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic concept implementations
- Scrum Master certification preferred
