- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with tech disruption focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, nanotech)
- Experience with UN SDG alignment frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
