Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for future uncertainties
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions using emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of future-focused experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or whitepapers with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and future modeling software
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives shaped by futures thinking
