- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces and sustainable systems
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite executives and investors
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor startup founders on navigating the ethical and commercial implications of frontier technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
