Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligning with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products, services, and business models
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and think tanks to pioneer emerging technologies
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track adoption rates and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
