Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Future Horizon' reports predicting tech trends through 2026
- Lead strategic innovation sprints with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design blueprints for next-gen AI ethics frameworks and responsible automation systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Present foresight insights at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish our thought leadership ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred) or similar credentials
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and technical audiences
