You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies, ensuring our organization remains agile and pioneering in an evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to forecast industry developments through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster ideation and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive market changes
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to expand foresight capabilities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past futurist projects or published foresight research
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FF)
