- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution
- Build an external foresight network with academic and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on technology or societal forecasting (e.g., books, white papers)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
