Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 500 clients
- Architect scenario-based roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global R&D teams
- Produce high-impact thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot program design and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF)
