Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions and proof-of-concepts
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies across business units
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Strong proficiency with AI/ML tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
