Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready principles across business units
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Monitor horizon scanning networks to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
