Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, ethical AI) to identify market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on 2026 industry disruptions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
