- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets
- Present executive briefings on future disruption risks and opportunities to the Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and global innovation hubs
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives using predictive modeling frameworks
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureWorks Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ initiatives with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent professional development
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to actionable business strategies
