Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3 and metaverse ecosystems
- Produce strategic briefs for board members on climate-tech and neurotech implications
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and exponential growth initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype human-machine augmentation interfaces
- Advocate for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and neurotech trajectories
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight program
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications (articles/whitepapers)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in regulated industries
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) for trend mapping
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
