Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technological trajectories
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and driving product launches
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data storytelling with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in leading industry publications
