- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills using tools like Foresight Platform or Palisade
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and STEEP analysis
