- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future consumer behaviors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and R&D teams
- Quantify emerging market opportunities through data-driven trend modeling
- Present futurist insights to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development
- Author quarterly trend briefs and horizon scanning reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
