- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product development and business models
- Present compelling futures scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making
- Build and nurture relationships with futurists, technologists, and thought leaders globally
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies through data-driven analysis

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Proven track record of driving innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certifications in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
