Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and global disruptions to develop 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Develop quantitative models to assess innovation ROI and market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and internal trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
