Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and Wired
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global innovation network
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-level transformation
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
