- Develop patent-able innovation concepts with R&D teams and prototype rapid MVPs
- Publish thought leadership reports on future workforce transformations and ethical AI governance
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at top-tier firms
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
