Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate lab-to-market transition of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Certification in scenario planning or technology roadmapping (preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
