- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impacts for 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year vision and quarterly objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present compelling futuristic scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Document innovation frameworks and methodologies for organizational scaling
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and stakeholder management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
