Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present foresight findings to executive board and investor committees using immersive VR presentations
- Manage $2M innovation budget with ROI tracking for future-proof initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Future Literacy' framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with demonstrated impact on 2020-2025 tech adoption curves
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety protocols
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tiered publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations
- Experience building innovation pipelines in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
- Certification in Sustainable Foresight or equivalent from World Future Society
