Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to forecast disruptive market shifts
- Design human-centered futures frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and society
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on innovation and future trends
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
