- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable business models in climate-resilient economies
- Author thought leadership publications on post-2026 societal and technological evolution
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects in neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems
- Mentor a global team of futurists and design thinkers across 3 continents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics, climate tech, or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with quantum computing or biotech commercialization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed products/services
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
