Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Design Thinking preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
