Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external futurists, researchers, and academic partners
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and track adoption of future-ready strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
