Responsibilities
- Scan global technology, policy, and cultural landscapes to identify disruptive trends with 3-7 year impact horizons
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 'Future Radar' system using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops to embed future-thinking in product development
- Present executive briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive insights
- Experience leading innovation teams or futures research initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
