- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify emerging trends disrupting 2026 markets
- Design and launch moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets in AI, quantum computing, or bio-tech
- Partner with VPs to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate DNA
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ funding
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile execution
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term impact against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services for 2025+ timelines
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership (books, patents, or keynotes) on future trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or Systems Thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ innovation initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
