Responsibilities

- Create compelling narratives and presentations to inspire and align stakeholders around the future vision.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, Business) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field, with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing strategic initiatives in a corporate or startup environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
