Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for next-generation product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R consortia
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and drive adoption of innovation metrics
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or futurist methodologies
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
