Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused research investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
