As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience for the next decade and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and socio-economic patterns to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable innovation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Passion for emerging technologies and human-centered design principles
