Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological convergence points to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, quantum computing adoption, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Identify emerging ethical implications of exponential technologies and build governance frameworks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps for AI and biotech solutions
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals preferred
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Layered Analysis)
