Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market signals to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future-of-work implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Identify investment opportunities in pre-commercial innovation ecosystems
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts across R&D, academia, and government
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in industry journals or reports
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects for enterprise clients
