Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum internet, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive convergence points
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof product architectures
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation for existential threats (climate, AI alignment, resource scarcity)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic foresight at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human-machine symbiosis
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, systems mapping)
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term scenario planning
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFS) preferred
