Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps with 10-year strategic vision
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and emerging regulations
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Develop patent strategies for emerging tech domains
- Present foresight frameworks to global stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field required
