Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and maintain trend intelligence database
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis) and data visualization platforms
