Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author disruptive whitepapers on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary Future Risk Assessment Framework
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging tech validation
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced forecasting methodologies
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting and Monte Carlo simulations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotech trajectories
- Proven track record influencing Fortune 500 strategic decisions
