- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global policy developments shaping future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning work for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to executive audiences

- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Millenium Project)
