Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Produce foresight reports on emerging regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary horizon-scanning methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and policymakers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio published in leading futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
