Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
