Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainable practices, and human augmentation paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business models and product ecosystems
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with data-driven scenario planning for global clients
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at World Economic Forum and Singularity University summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 2026 Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or tech policy development
- Published thought leadership on 2020s disruption (AI, climate, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year transformations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-viable innovation frameworks or patents
