Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce high-impact white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption curves and market inflection points
- Partner with R&D to prioritize next-gen innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
