Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain Horizon Dynamics' 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and presentations for stakeholders including investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers to pioneer next-generation innovation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) into corporate strategy by 2024
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or industry journals
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
