Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive forces and market inflection points
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and sustainability goals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
