- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-state scenario planning
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Author white papers on technological paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech market shifts (2018-2023 validation required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Review, or equivalent)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, SFI)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
